Status Information on Your Order

An e-mail message is sent to you when translation staffs are assigned for your order. The e-mail will include a confirmation number for your order and the date of the initiation of labor. The contract between you and HSR-USA.com will be effective when you receive the confirmation e-mail. If you do not received an e-mail confirming the your order within two business days after you place the order, please e-mail us at customer service. We will make every effort to respond to your e-mail by the next business day.

Placing a rush order

Though not common, depending on the volume of the document and deadline you provide, a rush order fee may be added to the total price of labor. The rush order fee could be up to 40% of the regular pricing and will be reflected on the initial quote you receive.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Order with a quote cannot be modified or replaced without a new quote to reflect such modification(s). Should you need to cancel an order, contact us at customer service with the confirmation number. Note that a cancellation fee will be charged once the translation process has began for your order; cancellation fee will be based on the time limit installed in the contract and the term length of our labor, and could be up to the 75% of the estimated price.
